Guidelines

Stay on Marked Trails – Avoid Cliff Edges: The upper falls area has natural pools near steep cliffs. Do not go beyond safety zones or slippery rocks, especially near edges. Many accidents have occurred due to missteps. Wear Proper Footwear: Wear non-slip, sturdy shoes or hiking sandals. The trail to the top involves steep and rocky paths that get muddy and slippery, especially during rainy seasons. Avoid Swimming During Rainy Season: The water current can be unpredictable. During or after rain, sudden surges or flash floods can occur in the pools. Only swim when the water is calm and safe. Hire a Local Guide (for Upper Falls): If you plan to climb to the upper falls or natural infinity pools, go with an experienced local guide. The paths are not always marked, and it’s easy to get lost or take a dangerous route.
